Safety Rules.
A dockside stay is calm and simple — these rules keep it that way for you, the boat, and the marina.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. The boat stays docked
Every stay is dockside only. The boat remains tied at the marina for your entire stay and is never operated by guests. It may move gently with the water — that's normal.
2. Boarding and the dock
Board and exit only from the dock, using the boarding steps or gate shown at check-in. Take extra care at night and when the dock is wet, and wear appropriate footwear on deck.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on the dock and aboard.
3. No open flames
No candles, grills, camp stoves, fireworks, or any open flame aboard or on the dock. No smoking aboard. If you need to charge devices, use the outlets provided — don't run your own cords from the dock.
4. Marina rules and quiet hours
The marina is a shared space with liveaboards and working boats. Follow posted marina rules, keep noise low during posted quiet hours, and park only in the spaces shown in your arrival details.
5. Capacity and visitors
Only registered guests may stay overnight, up to the listing's stated maximum. Daytime visitors are welcome only if the listing allows them and the marina permits it.
6. Weather
If severe weather is forecast, we may move or cancel your stay for safety — with a full refund or a rebooking, your choice. During windy conditions, secure loose items on deck and stay off the swim platform.
7. Emergencies
Life jackets, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit are aboard — their locations are shown at check-in. In an emergency call 911 first, then the contact number in your arrival details. The marina address is included in your confirmation so you can share your exact location.
